| The COLLNET coordination committee is proud to announce that 17th International Conference on Webometrics, Informetrics and Scientometrics (WIS) & 22nd COLLNET Meeting will be hosted by East-West University , Dhaka, Bangladesh. We are veryexcited that EWU in Dhaka will host this conference for the first time and look forward to the experiences that are awaiting us. The conference is scheduled for 08th Dec - 10th Dec 2023 and will be held in hybrid mode, Face-to-Face and Online! The conference website will be permanently updated and will provide the community with all information about the conference. We are working hard to make this conference an event that everyone will enjoy and remember. |

| It is with great regret that we have learned that the economic situation in Sri Lanka makes it impossible to hold a conference this year. ""Sri Lanka is in very bad condition due to economic crisis. No conferences will be held until further notice Government strictly ordered to avoid all the collaborative task until further notice.
